Larry has provided throughout his career, thought leadership and consulting services on integrating health cost management, wellness programming, plan design, incentive systems, and organized prevention programming for worksite, managed care, and community-based populations. He has spent more than 40 years improving the health of employees and their family members and managing employee health costs. Formally educated in environmental health, medical technology, and medical care organization at UCLA and the University of Michigan, he has developed more than 1,000 employee wellness programs including more than 200 wellness financial incentive programs. An internationally recognized expert and speaker on innovative health management interventions, he has published 13 books and more than 200 professional articles and columns. A long-time consultant and advisor to the United States Air Force, U.S. Army, U.S. Navy, Department of Veteran’s Affairs, Centers for Medicare and Medicaid, National Institutes of Health and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, and a variety of private organizations, he is also the original editor of the Art of Health Promotion published by the American Journal of Health Promotion. Until recently he also served as Co-Founder and Chairman of the Board for Summex Health Management, which was acquired by WebMD in 2006. Larry then served as a Senior Vice President at WebMD until January, 2010 working with more than 50 of their large corporate clients. Since then he has worked full time as President and CEO of Chapman Institute developing and delivering the four level WellCert Program, the premier certification program in the Worksite Wellness field.

He is the founder and CEO of Illuminare Group, a Leadership and Organizational Development Consultancy focused on helping organizations develop and deploy their Human Capital Strategy.
His major areas of expertise are Leadership/Organizational Development, Cross-Cultural Education, Recruitment & Onboarding, and Executive Coaching.
Frank is also a Adjunct Professor in the Executive and Professional MBA programs for the School of Management at the University at Buffalo. He teaches courses in Organizational Behavior, Leadership & Motivation, and Emotional Intelligence.

Michael Demman is senior vice president of the workplace wellness technology company SimplyWell®, a Viverae® company. Headquartered in Dallas, Texas, Demman manages SimplyWell’s regional office in Omaha, Nebraska, ensuring strategies and solutions achieve positive outcomes for members and clients. Prior to the 2017 acquisition, Demman served 12 years as chief executive officer of SimplyWell, and has been with the company since its inception in 2003.
Demman received his bachelor's degree in business with a marketing emphasis from Loyola Marymount University and his Juris Doctor degree from Creighton University School of Law. He is a member of the State Bar of Nebraska and the State Bar of Nevada, and is a board member for Community Health Charities of Nebraska and the Nebraska Chapter of Susan G. Komen. Demman is also an adjunct faculty member in the Health Administration Program at Creighton University.
Prior to SimplyWell, Demman served as vice president and corporate counsel for Private Practice Associates, a leading practice management and group purchasing organization. He also practiced law in Las Vegas, Nevada, focusing on commercial and civil litigation. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and three children.
